Excited to make a change? So are we! But before you slip on those undies, let’s go over our return policy:

At AmeyaCare, we put our heart and soul into crafting each and every product by hand. Please make sure you can accept handmade products before ordering!

Our period underwear is covered under our 30-Day, Better Periods Guarantee. This means you get to try your very first product risk-free, and any other items in brand-new condition can be returned up to 30 days from the purchase date!

Contact us if you need assistance reporting a defect. Please be aware that items purchased on clearance are considered final sales and cannot be returned. For all other products not covered by this policy, they are also considered final sales. If you have any questions, please contact us.

How to ensure your order qualifies as a return:

  • Wash and try out just one item from your initial order. If you’ve ordered several items (even if they’re different kinds of merchandise!) don’t wash the entire order, or you won’t be able to return it even if it doesn’t work out.
  • Try it on! If it doesn’t suit your taste, no worries at all! You can head over to our returns page to request a full refund or credit. We’ll even provide you with instructions on how to send back any additional items in your order if needed.
  • Use the return authorization code we give you to send back any brand-new, unwashed, and unused items. And don’t worry, you get to keep the one you tried out. Plus, we’ll still give you credit for that item as well as the ones you send back to us.
